When placing your order, simply state how many boots of each size, along with the
kind and quantity of booting supplies you need.  Most orders will be shipped the
next day after receipt.  Occasionally, there may be items out of stock, and, if so, you
will be notified within 24-48 hours of receipt of your order with an update of the
status of your order and expected ship date.  In this situation, the items in stock will
be shipped the next business day and any back ordered item will be shipped as
soon as it becomes available.

We ship via either USPS or UPS, depending upon the total weight of your order.  
Heavier shipments are generally shipped via UPS ground.  If you are in urgent
need, your items can be shipped either UPS Next Day, or 2nd Day Air.  State your
preference when you place your order.

Your Visa or Master Card is charged when your order is filed and ready to ship.  
Please note:  Shipping charges (and applicable taxes if you are an AR resident) will
be added to the total of your invoice.
